How to sell securities?

If you have securities and you want to sell them, all to be done is that the company's authorized person visits our brokerage house or one of the branch offices of the "Eurohaus" d.o.o. Sarajevo to conclude the brokerage contract and to issue an order for sale of securities. Our employees will welcome you very kindly and will show you the Service Pricing List and the General Business Terms of the "Eurohaus" d.o.o. Sarajevo. Mandatory elements for conclusion of brokerage contract are as follows:

1. copy of Decision on court registration of the company,
2. copy of the Decision with the tax No. of the company,
3. copy of files with the deposited signatures of the authorized persons,
4. No. of bank account of the company for payments of funds to be obtained after the sale of the securities,
5. account No. with the Securities Registration Office of FB&H running the securities of the company (certificate issued by the Securities Registration Office of FB&H needed)
6. copy of personal ID card or passport of the person authorized to represent the company,
7. in case that the manager authorizes some other person for issue of orders, a copy of the authorization is also needed as well as the copy personal ID card or copy of passport.

All the mentioned documentation needs to be certified by a public notary or by the
court of the country of origin (apostille seal).

Companies from abroad may, without personal presence in our brokerage house or
in one of branch offices of the "Eurohaus" d.o.o. Sarajevo, send by registered mail a
signed Brokerage Contract, only in case that it is accompanied by the above-stated
documentation.

After the signature of the brokerage contract, you issue an order for sale and the "Eurohaus" d.o.o. will execute your order for sale of securities the way it was said and at the ordered market (Sarajevo stock market). Orders for purchase and sale of securities will be executed by the order the orders for their purchase or sale were received.

How to purchase securities?

Procedure of purchase of securities is very simple. If you wish to buy securities, all the needed to be done is that the company's authorized person visits our "Eurohaus" d.o.o. Sarajevo brokerage house or one of our branch offices to conclude a brokerage contract. Our employees will welcome you kindly and show you our Service Pricing List as well as General Business Terms.

Mandatory elements indispensable for conclusion of a brokerage contract are as follows:

1. copy of Decision on court registration of the company,
2. copy of Decision with the tax No. of the company
3. copy of files with deposited signatures of the authorized persons
4. No. of bank account of the company,
5. copy of ID card or passport of the person authorized to represent the company,
6. in case that the manager of the company authorizes another person for issue of orders, a copy of authorization of the mentioned person is also needed, as well as a copy of ID card of the authorized person and a copy of his/her passport.

All the mentioned documentation needs to be certified by a public notary or by the
court of the country of origin (apostille seal).

When you decide which and how many securities you wish to buy, it is necessary, before you issue an order for purchase, to pay 100% of advance payment on restricted account in the following bank:

Note: "Advance payment for purchase of securities".

Amount of advance payment has been calculated and consists of the costs of purchase of securities increased by the belonging SASE costs, costs of Securities Registration Office of FB&H, the costs of the "Eurohaus" d.o.o. Sarajevo and the costs of depository bank as well as postal costs, all according to the valid pricing list of the mentioned institutions.

After the payment made, the only needed thing to do is that the person authorized for issue of orders expresses the wish for purchase of securities and issues an order in accordance with General Business Terms of the "Eurohaus" d.o.o. Sarajevo. If the advance payment is higher than the one needed for operation, the rest of the funds will remain on restricted account before it is revoked by you. Then the funds will be sent back to your checking account.
